Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InvoiceHub (the "Service"), operated by InvoiceHub, a Forgewick product. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

1. Accounts & eligibility

The Service is provided to registered businesses operating in Pakistan. Accounts are provisioned by us after an access request is approved; public self sign-up is not available. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Subscriptions, trial & billing

New accounts include a complimentary 3-day trial. After the trial, the Service is billed monthly in advance by bank transfer to the account shown on your in-app Billing page. Once we verify your payment, your account is activated for a 30-day period. Near the end of each period you receive a renewal reminder and a short grace window; if payment is not received, the account is locked until the next payment is verified. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change with prior notice; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the business data you enter (invoices, customers, inventory, and related records). We process this data only to provide the Service. Each business's data is logically isolated from every other tenant. You may request an export of your data at any time while your account is active. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading unlawful content, attempting to access other tenants' data, probing or breaching security, reselling the Service without authorisation, or using it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Availability & support

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided on a commercially reasonable "as available" basis without an uptime guarantee. Support is available via the contact channels below during normal business hours.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forgewick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. You are responsible for maintaining your own records and for the accuracy of the documents you issue to your customers.

7. Cancellation & termination

You may cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or remain unpaid.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with courts at Islamabad, Pakistan having jurisdiction.
