This Privacy Policy explains how InvoiceHub, a Forgewick product collects, uses, and protects information when you use InvoiceHub (the "Service"). We take the privacy of your business — and of your customers — seriously.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, business name, email, phone, and login credentials. Business data you enter: invoices, quotations, customers, inventory, branches, staff, and letterhead details. Payment records: the bank-transfer proof you upload to activate your subscription. Usage data: basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. Your customers' data

When you store your own customers' details (name, phone, address, tax numbers) in the Service, we act as a data processor on your behalf. We use that information solely to provide the Service to you and never sell it or use it for our own marketing.

3. How we use information

To operate the Service, generate your documents, process subscription payments, provide support, secure the platform, and send you essential account and renewal notices. We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Storage, security & isolation

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (database and file storage) with encryption in transit. Each business's data is logically isolated using row-level security so that one tenant can never read another's records. Access to production data is restricted to authorised platform staff for support and maintenance only.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the Service (e.g. hosting and database providers), and where required by law. We do not share your data with advertisers.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted, data is retained for up to 90 days (to allow restoration on request) and then permanently removed, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy or export of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account, by contacting us at the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
